dr. Fuadi Darwis, MPH is a renowned expert in non-natural disaster management. He has extensive experience in multisectoral coordination and policy development related to global and national health security. Skilled in strategic planning, coordination, and capacity building, he has contributed to key government regulations and One Health initiatives. He developed the Community-Based Surveillance (CBS) Roadmap and advocated for Permendagri 101/2018 as well as Presidential Instruction No. 4/2019. He also led the development of SIZE (Sistem Informasi Zoonosis dan EID versions 1.0 – 3.0), advancing resilient and sustainable public health systems through evidence-based and collaborative leadership.

dr. Bimo is one of the national experts for One Health agenda in Indonesia. He played a key role in shaping many of the nationwide One Health policies, including the “One Health Coordination Guideline” on zoonotic and emerging infectious disease control, the Presidential Instruction No 4/2019 on strengthening health security, and the Minister of Home Affairs’ Decree No. 101/2018 on minimum standard of service during zoonotic epidemic as non-natural disaster. At community level, his legacy continues through the sustained use of Avian Influenza control curriculum for strengthening provincial and district level Rapid Response Team since 2006.

Sitti Ganefa, DVM, M.Epid, has over 15 years of experience in disease prevention and control. She served as Program Manager and National Coordinator at Indonesia’s Ministry of Health, leading initiatives on zoonosis control and emerging infectious diseases surveillance from 2018-2023. She participated in the developments of the national Joint Risk Assessment Zoonosis, Joint Plan of Action on One Health, and One Health Zoonosis Diseases Prioritization in Indonesia. She was a member of ASEAN Leaders’ Declaration on One Health in KTT ASEAN, and contributed to developing the ASEAN One Health Joint Plan of Action.

Nurbaeti Yuliana has extensive experience in public health advocacy, policy coordination, training, promotion, education, research, and management. She has made significant contributions to strengthening community health resilience and improving epidemic and pandemic preparedness at national, provincial, district, and community levels. Her notable roles include leading the National Commission for Zoonoses Control (KOMNAS KNPZ) under the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Cultural Affairs (Kemenko PMK). She is highly skilled in local advocacy, coordination, and knowledge transfer, with a strong commitment to advancing effective, equitable, and sustainable public health systems.

Maharti Rihana has 16 years experience in government facilitation, policy development and review, as well as One Health coordination. Her most recent achievement would be supporting the establishment and operationalization of the ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Animal Health and Zoonoses (ACCAHZ), including developing the necessary instruments, rules of procedures, work plan, action plan, and liaising with relevant government stakeholders and development partners. Maharti’s expertise in stakeholder engagement, policy development, and sustainability initiatives ensures her ability to support KAB in delivering high-impact programs with strong governance and operational excellence.

Desi Ariani has extensive experience in community development and women’s empowerment, including facilitating the equal participation of women in political and public life across 30 villages in Aceh Besar and advocating for gender-sensitive policies. She has also worked on various projects, such as improving literacy and livelihood opportunities for conflict-affected women, and providing legal support for post-tsunami inheritance cases. Desi has demonstrated excellent advocacy at the sub-national level, collaborating with IFRC Polio Preparedness Project to secure the first local agreement between PMI and local government on community engagement and disease surveillance.

Dr. Muhammad Azhar, DVM, is a veterinary and One Health expert with over 40 years of experience in animal health and zoonotic disease control in Indonesia. He has led major national programs within the Ministry of Agriculture, including outbreak response, biosecurity strengthening, and efforts to open export markets for Indonesian poultry products. He also contributed to international initiatives such as the USAID IDDS project and FAO collaborations to enhance surveillance and preparedness capacities. His work has significantly advanced cross-sectoral coordination and the implementation of the One Health approach at national and regional levels.

Himma Adieni, MSc, is a technical officer with a strong background in agriculture and nutrition, bringing experience in both international cooperation and community-based initiatives. She previously served at the ASEAN Secretariat, supporting regional work in food safety, food security, animal health, and SPS-related areas. In addition to her technical roles, she leads community programs focused on women’s empowerment and environmental sustainability in collaboration with local stakeholders and CSR partners. She is committed to advancing social impact through cross-sector collaboration, evidence-based solutions, and sustainable development approaches.

Amalia Sukma Agustina Mimbar is a development cooperation specialist with over 13 years of experience in managing regional programs across Southeast Asia. She has served in key roles at the ASEAN Secretariat and within the EU-funded Green Team Europe Initiative, focusing on sustainable food systems, agriculture, and climate-related cooperation. Her expertise includes project design and coordination, stakeholder engagement, and facilitating regional policy processes. She is highly regarded for her ability to build strong networks and support effective collaboration among governments, development partners, and regional institutions.

Siseana Gabriela is a public health professional with experience across government, international organizations, and health services in Australia and Asia. She specializes in data management, project implementation, and program evaluation within health security, immunization, and service integration initiatives. With a background in Nutrition and a Master of Public Health, she has contributed to numerous high-impact projects supported by USAID, DFAT, UNDP, and WA Health. She is passionate about improving health systems through evidence-based planning and cross-sector collaboration.
