Sobah Alhaddad


Chairperson

With more than 20 years of experience in project management, government networking, and liaison at national and sub-national level, Sobah Alhaddad committed to deliver excellent management and leadership in community and women empowerment, project administration, and finance.

Between 2022 - 2024, Sobah provided assistance to the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Country Cluster Delegation for Indonesia and Timor Leste (IFRC) by supporting expert consultants for Community Based Surveillance (CBS). Sobah has helped delivered The CBS Policy Brief, The CBS Roadmap, The CBS Handbook, etc.

Between 2014 - 2019, Sobah provided consultancy and event organizer through service agreement for many organizations, including Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture (Kemenko PMK)), Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Women and Child Protection, DKI Jakarta Bappeda, and Riau Bappeda. Her expertise will bring success in our advocacy efforts and ensuring horizontal and vertical collaboration between government institutions and pentahelix.

  • Rizalsyah Putra is an accomplished director with a proven track record at PT Darussalam Makmur Bersama and PT Brillian Bumi Equalindo, adept in operations management and problem-solving. On many occasions he had demonstrated his leadership on spearheaded innovative projects, enhancing team efficiency by 30%. Rizalsyah is renowned for his exceptional project management and team leadership skills which consistently deliver results beyond expectations. Rizalsyah’s strategy thinking and comprehensive knowledge in coordination and operations will most guarantee KAB’s delivery of high-quality outputs and excellent project governance.

  • Ruth Alpita, a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Indonesia, has developed a strong foundation in project management and public health. While still early in her career, she has already demonstrated her ability to coordinate regional activities, particularly through her role in managing a grant program during her undergraduate studies. This experience, combined with her freelancing work in project development consultancy and data management, shows her capability to contribute effectively to project administration, preparation, and implementation. Ruth is comfortable working both independently and in team settings, requiring minimal supervision, which reflects her adaptability and commitment to learning.

    Under KAB oversight and with her attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and enthusiasm for community development.

  • Jessica Reitanya is a recent graduate in Public Health Nutrition at the University of Indonesia’s Faculty of Public Health. She is passionate about health and well-being, aiming to contribute meaningfully to society through her studies. Her academic journey is marked by curiosity, creativity, and attention to detail. Reitanya’s dedication is reflected in her internships, including a nutritionist internship at Puskesmas Kedung Badak Kota Bogor, and RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta, where she provided diet consultations and health counseling. Reitanya has had experience in leadership and management through her role as Project Officer at The 8th International Seminar on Nutrition, an annual event held by the Department of Nutrition, as well as her role as Vice Project Lead for "Inspirazi Jilid 24" held by UI Nutrition Alumni Association (ILUNI Gizi UI).

    Under KAB oversight and with Reitanya's experience and eagerness for continuous learning and improvement, she is poised to make a significant impact in public health and nutrition.
